As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by identifying, attracting, and retaining top-tier talent across various disciplines. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop innovative recruitment strategies, and lead the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the best candidates are selected to join our team.

What you will do:
- Lead the talent acquisition team and the full -cycle recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding.
- Provide timely communication and guidance to candidates throughout the entire process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop comprehensive recruitment plans and strategies tailored to their needs.
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent through various channels, including social media, networking events, and job fairs.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment processes and strategies.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a professional services or similar industry.
- Proven track record of success in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
