About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Solutions Manufacturing to lead our manufacturing operations and drive excellence in production processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in manufacturing leadership, a strong background in managing complex manufacturing facilities, and a passion for continuous improvement.
What Youll Do
Operational leadership: Oversee all aspects of our Complex machine production site, including engineering, assembly, quality control and maintenance.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the manufacturing strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Drive initiatives that improve manufacturing efficiency and profitability.
Team Management: Lead, mentor and motivate an inclusive/diverse team of managers, supervisors, engineers and production staff. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication and employee development. Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
Production Optimization: Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, quality control, and maintenance. Ensure the timely delivery of high quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Cost Control: Manage manufacturing budgets and control costs effectively. Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve cost-efficiency in production processes.
Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain strict quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards. Implement quality improvement programs to reduce defects and enhance product quality.
Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment for all employees by implementing and maintaining safety protocols and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Supply Chain Collaboration: Collaborate with the supply chain team to manage inventory levels, monitor supplier performance, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, efficiency enhancements, adhering to Lean principles. Implement methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives, eliminate waste and optimize processes.
Technology Adoption: Stay updated with industry trends and technology advancements in manufacturing. Evaluate and implement new technologies and automation solutions to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on key performance indicators, production metrics, and project status.
International collaboration: will closely cooperate with Sweden and also provide international reporting and data to company management
What Youll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety protocols.
Proven experience in plant management within a complex machine production environment.

What We Offer
The salary range for this role is $190,000 to $214,000 however, Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience, education/training, and any special skills.
