Job Overview:
We are looking for a professional to assume the Director of Manufacturing Operations position with a Great Small Company, who will coordinate and oversee our manufacturing and supporting functions.
You will work with and through your direct reports to ensure we are successful in managing our Supply Chain, adhere to Quality standards & Regulatory requirements so we successfully meet and renew our ISO 13485:2016 Certification and that Engineering/R&D are supporting manufacturing and delivering new products to market.
You will formulate strategy, improve performance, and select the right resources to support manufacturing, vendor management, engineering and quality/regulatory. You should be ready to mentor your team members, to implement best practices and drive continuous improvements. You are expected to maximize and continuously improve processes and procedures so we can meet customer expectations in a cost-effective way. Ultimately, you will ensure we remain compliant, efficient, and profitable.
