Maximizes efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization. Being a Manufacturing Engineer determines the parts, equipment, and tools needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications. Requires a bachelor's degree of engineering. Additionally, Manufacturing Engineer typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Manufacturing Engineer works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. CME is looking for an Mechanical Engineering Interns (2-3) who under direct supervision designing and working hands on assisting with building products on the manufacturing floor as well as 3D printing. Your responsibilities may includes: design work, product packaging, creation & updating of BoMs, creation of work instructions, timed studies of assembly of product, use Dokuzi, etc.. We are looking smart, problem resolving, and highly detailed individuals who can consistently produce timely high-quality results that are accurate! Strong problem resolving and analytical skills which will allow them to produce imaginative and innovative solutions are musts for our interns.
