The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes in a LEAN environment. This role requires an understanding of a wide variety of processes, the gathering of performance and material data, to analyze and implement for improved efficiency product flow and cost reductions. In addition, evaluate quality escapes using various tools to identify the root causes and preventative actions, in conjunction with the Quality department. The Manufacturing Engineer will have oversight responsibility of the New Product Development process along with the technical integrity of all engineering documentation.

This position is located in Lyons Falls, NY in beautiful Upstate NY between the Adirondack Mountains and the Tug Hill Plateau. The area boasts of plentiful activities for the outdoor enthusiast with many hiking trails, snowmobile and ATV trails as well as many historical sites to visit.
