JOB SUMMARY
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications, customer, quality, and aerospace standards. The Manufacturing Engineer will recommend and implement improvements to production and transactional processes, methods and controls. They will coordinate manufacturing launches for new or revised products. Priorities for this position include process improvement, problem resolution, project management, and employee training. The Manufacturing Engineer will apply Lean manufacturing methods to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
