Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing office operations, help to improve company procedures, and day-to-day operation. This is a key role that requires strong organization skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
· Making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing general administrative support to our employees.
· Implementing office policies and procedures, and ensuring they are observed; briefing new staff on these policies and procedures.
· Handle confidential information with discretion.
· Utilize QuickBooks Online for financial record keeping.
· Oversee the processing of payments and invoices, ensuring accurate and timely management of all accounts payable and receivable. This includes monitoring cash flow, managing payroll, and keeping financial records updated.
· Maintaining employee records, documentation, assisting in the completion of new employee onboarding, administering employee benefits, compensation, and retirement programs. This includes answering employee questions about benefits, coordinating open enrollment periods, and ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Proficient in using QuickBooks Online.
· Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
