What You’ll Do: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prospecting and acquiring new clients for our manufacturing capabilities. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Company Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to our customers. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for continuous company growth. Qualifications: Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and standards with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to customers. Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer operations such as email, internet browsing, and Microsoft Office suite applications. Results-Driven: Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on driving revenue growth and increased profit margins.
