West Coast Services, LLC (WCS Permits) is a large North American Transportation Permit Service in need of an Accounting Clerk/Office Clerk. It is an entry level position that will support the senior accountants and upper management. WCS Permits wants a candidate that is willing to work hard, stay on task, and be open to learning.

Responsibilities and Duties

Job functions will include:

• Auditing - A major function of this position will be generating and cross-referencing reports/bills
• Experience in Excel or Google Sheets a major plus
• Experience in QuickBooks a plus
• Accurate data entry
• Emailing
• Faxing/Scanning
• Answering phones
• Filing
• Mailing invoices
• Process payments
• Responding to immediate customer inquiries
• Customer service skills
• Miscellaneous office duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• A fast learner

• Able to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy

• Great at multi-tasking

• Able to work in a high volume environment

• An independent, self starter but also be able to work as a team

• Able to work in a diverse environment

• Proficient typing skills

• 10 Key proficiency a plus
