This role reports to the VP of Partner Engagement & Integration The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. What you can expect: Contribute to developing the strategy, funding, marketing, and communication priorities that drive business goals. Identify and provide recommendation for partnership engagement that are aligned with the strategy. Manage a portfolio of complex partnership engagements that leverage thought leadership opportunities to elevate Prudential’s purpose driven brand while cultivating relationships to fulfill initiatives. Serve as point of contact with partners to manage the end-to-end operational aspects of the portfolio that includes maintaining budgets and planning documents, performing due diligence, obtaining required documentation, contract negotiations and prep, and payment processing. Ensure records are accurately updated and maintained to confirm compliance with policies and procedures, including but not limited to the budget and planning documents, Apptus contract system, expense systems, Gifts & Entertainment Tracking Database, and document storage drives. Mange relationships with internal Prudential business leaders to ensure the successful execution of enterprise sponsorships (Inclusive Solutions subject matter experts, Pru Communications, Marketing, External Affairs, etc.). Provide executive staff support for external engagements including preparation of briefing documents and attendance at engagement, when needed. Identify the key objectives to assess the performance of the partnerships and sponsorships. Facilitate communication and coordination with external partners and Inclusive Solutions team members to effectively gather and report data. Collect, analyze, and report key performance indicators to key internal and external audiences, including creating decks, dashboards and other communication tools. Participate in the preparation of internal and external communication materials such as board materials, issue briefs, websites, speeches, and press releases. Represent team at both internal and external events, and stakeholder convenings. What you’ll need: A minimum of 7 years work experience in event and relationship management and engaging with diverse audiences. Demonstrated success in managing projects to achieve specified goals and outcomes, in-depth knowledge of project management principles. Relevant experience in the nonprofit, public or private sector strategies and ability to operate in both corporate and community settings Excellent writing, communications, and project management skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to maintain planning and budget sheets ensuring accuracy of data and strategically present data and narrative information in PowerPoint presentations. Cultural awareness and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively across various lines of business and proactively cultivate relationships with a diverse range of internal and external partners.
