Schedule: W/F/Sa 1p-8:30p

Long term evening and weekend availability required

*Hourly rate includes base plus bonus compensation

About the Position:

In this role you will be expected to model excellent customer service and a responsible work ethic.

Day to day operations will include:

• Conducting daily store audits
• Providing Customer Service
• Answering telephones
• Cashiering
• Cleaning
• Stocking and merchandising
• Receiving
• Troubleshooting equipment and IT issues
• Providing temporary department coverage
• Promoting policy compliance
• Supporting inter-department communications
• Writing a daily shift report
• ?Thoroughly communicating all relevant insights to department managers and store administrative staff.

Essential Requirements:

·        Supervisory experience required.

·        Minimum of 1-year grocery retail experience preferred.

·        Insight and experience with natural and organic foods preferred.

·        Excellent customer service skills.

·        Flexible availability.

·        Willingness to ask questions and continually learn about our store and our industry.

·        Strong work ethic.

·        Strong organizational skills.

·        Excellent communication skills.

·        Ability to provide and receive feedback to grow and develop you and your team.

·        Ability to lift and/or move 20-50 lbs. repeatedly.

Operate (at minimum) the following equipment in a correct and safe manner: Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Telephone and intercom system. POS software (ECRS Catapult), ordering/pricing handhelds, scheduling program (Humanity), hand truck, box cutter, bailer, slicer, PLUM scale.
