We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. Duties:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
- Manage a schedule for employees
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business

Requirements:
