We are seeking a talented Market Research Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our strategic initiatives by conducting comprehensive market research, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive market analysis across a variety of geographic markets to include competitive analysis, customer segmentation, SWOT analysis, demographic/behavioral insights, etc.
- Interpret data to provide meaningful reports aligned with strategy objectives that will enable smart growth.
- Support qualitative and quantitative market research projects by analyzing, interpreting, and reporting key finding to cross functional stakeholders.
- Support Voice of the Customer program by analyzing and interpreting both experience and operational data to develop meaningful reports that lead to actionable positive outcomes for the customer.
- Review sales, marketing, and product concepts to define help define pain points and strategic objectives. Develop knowledge of multiple business areas, including understanding the business terminology, processes, and organization structure to provide more informed deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Business related field.
- 3 years of experience in market research, data analytic, customer experience or related field.
- Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
- Knowledge of health insurance or healthcare industry
- Knowledge of analytic and/or customer experience technology platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SPSS, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey findings to diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks to ensure timely delivery of key reports and analysis.
- Ability to problem solve and apply analytical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Applicants have the option to work full-time remotely, hybrid, or full-time from one of our offices in Madison, WI or Onalaska, WI. Technology, hardware and equipment will be provided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet to successfully work remotely.
