Duties:

• Utilize revenue management techniques to optimize pricing strategies and maximize profitability.
• Perform sales analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing initiatives.
• Conduct regular price reviews and make recommendations for price changes based on market conditions.
• Assist in the development of pricing guidelines and policies.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor pricing strategies to stay informed of market dynamics.
• Manage and analyze various programs within the organization, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and recommend improvements for better performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop new programs that support business objectives.
• Utilize data analytics tools to analyze large datasets related to pricing, sales, and program performance.
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Develop financial models to assess the impact of pricing changes on revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Provide financial forecasts and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to gather relevant information and ensure a holistic approach to pricing and program management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field

- Proven experience as a Pricing Analyst, market researcher, or similar role

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets

- Proficiency in data mining techniques and tools such as Alteryx

- Experience with sales analysis and revenue management concepts

- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data visualization

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
