Marketing Associate/Lead

JOB STATEMENT

Responsible for embodying the Ambiance Mission Statement – to be, for our core customer, the number one choice among retailers of like products. This multifaceted position includes:

JOB DUTIES

• Adhere to branding guidelines in any and all online marketing materials, including web banners, web design, emails, and all social media platforms
• Support and execute delivery of content on all social media and digital platforms seven days a week, focus on event content or trunk shows
• Work with Marketing Company to plan and execute marketing directives
• Create, plan and execute SEO initiatives, create and manage email flow and weekly campaigns
• Support in-store and online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversion to all locations
• Upload product with e-commerce team: ensure photos, tagging, and descriptions are accurate, unique and to company standards
• Organize and execute monthly photoshoots
• Design and print, digital ads, flyers and marketing materials
• Collaborate with local businesses, brands, and influencers to promote growth and awareness
• Collaborate with non-profits to serve the community we love
• Supports management of LTK
• Adopt and execute best practices on all social media platforms, creating consistent, meaningful content; including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement and promoting social media campaigns
• Monthly reporting based on customer engagement
• Maintain content calendar (to be approved bi-weekly)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 2 year’s relevant work experience
• Proficient in the following: Adobe Suite, Google Workplace, Microsoft Office, Asana, Slack, Attentive, Shopify, Canva, Preview, Klaviyo, Instagram, Facebook and Heartland

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
