Director of Marketing
About The Role
As our Director of Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our brand to new heights of growth and recognition. We're looking for someone who can bring creative vision, launch viral campaigns, create memorable digital moments, and achieve impactful business results. In this role, you'll act both as a strategic leader and an individual contributor, working closely with the Brand Marketing Manager, Growth Marketer, Lifecycle Marketing Manager, and a talented team of vendors and freelancers. You'll oversee our entire marketing landscape, from B2C to B2B, managing everything from in-store promotions to social media initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
Develop Innovative Marketing Plans: Create strategies that enhance brand awareness and attract new shoppers.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with regional managers to design targeted market approaches.
Lead Content Creation: Manage the development of marketing assets and content, crafting detailed creative briefs to inspire both internal teams and external partners.
Maintain Cohesive Brand Messaging: Ensure consistent, compelling messaging across channels such as in-store, digital, performance marketing, social media, and more, aligning each with objectives, channels, and audiences.
Execute Integrated Programs: Partner with Communications and other internal teams as well as external collaborators to seamlessly roll out marketing campaigns.
Build a Data-Driven Culture: Foster a results-oriented environment through ongoing analysis and data-driven decision-making, using dashboards and analyst insights to refine strategies continually.
What You Bring
7 years of experience in consumer marketing, ideally within the tech or grocery tech industries.
Proven success in both strategic and creative campaign development.
Familiarity with B2B marketing practices, especially Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
Strong skills in contract negotiation, budget management, and project oversight from initiation to completion.
Deep expertise in strategy, planning, implementation, and creative ideation.
Experience leading cross-channel campaigns and bridging digital and in-store experiences.
A strong network of industry contacts.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, handle ambiguity, and align stakeholders.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Bilingual skills in French or Spanish are a plus.
