We are seeking a thoughtful, creative, and experienced Marketing Manager to join the Pure Madness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for our company as developed by the Founder and VP of Marketing. The role encompasses project management, event coordination, and a deep understanding of contemporary marketing strategies and channels both within and outside the beverage alcohol industry. The ideal candidate will be creative, intelligent, passionate, and assertive- with a deep desire to win.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee marketing campaigns for multiple brands as directed by the Founder and VP of Marketing.
- Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Projecting and tracking ROI on specific initiatives.
- Coordinate and execute events, such as product launches, trade shows, and promotional activations.
- Analyze consumer behavior and track trends within the beverage industry and advise Founder and VP on strategy and tactics.
- Work with sales team to produce and deliver POS assets and arm them with the collateral and tools to succeed.
- Manage the company's social media accounts and online presence.
- Manage sponsorships and coordinate with our private label team.
- Work with our brewpub teams to develop unique marketing activations on location.
- Work with PR team to get them assets as needed and coordinate shipping of beer samples and swag.
- Collaborate with sales, brewing, brewpub, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Aid in the enforcement of strict standards related to each brand’s unique positioning.
- Educate/inform customers and constituents on key brand tenets to create increased awareness and brand loyalty.
- Help create and review marketing performance metrics for team accountability.

- Comfort and proficiency in working with teams.
- "Artistic eye" in evaluating visual tools: promotional photos, website, merch, ads, etc.
- Strong self-awareness of strengths and weaknesses.

- Theoretical/Educational background in marketing and brand management.
- Technical proficiency in social media platform algorithms and manipulation.
- Graphic design skills and the ability to create collateral marketing materials.
- Consumer products marketing and branding experience.
- Beverage alcohol marketing and branding experience.
