Being a Marketing Communication Manager understands products, customers, and industry and develops focused communications in collaboration with organizational stakeholders across functions. Oversees efficient processes for the regulatory review and approval of communication materials. Additionally, Marketing Communication Manager explores and adopts new channels, methods, and platforms to optimize marketing communications. May oversee the planning and execution of trade shows and conferences to showcase products and amplify messaging. The Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications is a proven creative thinker and leader with a track record of developing and implementing strategic and creative marketing solutions. You will play a critical role in defining and executing marketing strategies, optimizing processes, and driving results that align with established business goals. The incumbent strives to stay ahead of relevant trends in healthcare, recommending how MediQuant can best position itself in a competitive market landscape. The incumbent must possess exceptional communications skills and a strong bias for action. Prior experience in healthcare IT is essential.

Work Environment. This job operates in a blend of professional office and home office environments. Incumbent will use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit for long periods of time, stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work. This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are typically Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel. Travel is required. Incumbent will occasionally experience some out-of-the-area and overnight travel as needed for conferences and meetings.
