Project Manager will be in charge of running operations for ITG San Francisco and San Rafael markets. Build and keep relationships with current client (Comcast). Improve employee engagement morale, as well as assess and review current employees. Responsible for the financial success of the market and the development of its new and current staff.

Day to day responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Overseeing technician schedules/shifts/skills/onboarding/terminations/interviews/inventory tracking.
• Communication with the MSO Pertaining to Escalations
• Supply and chain oversight
• Metrics management, include reading and editing metrics reports from charter and identifying problems areas that need improvement.
• Quality Assurance
• Warehouse Reconciliation
• Quota

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years manageent experience required

- Bachelors in Business or equivalent combined experience

- Knowledge of Comcast technical operations
