POSITION: Marketing, Communication, & Sustainability Manager

As a key member of the Wisetek-USA team and reporting to the VP of Global Sales, the Manager of Marketing,Communication, & Sustainability will be responsible for architecting and driving industry specific go-to-market sales enablement initiativesand communication plans, identifying potential new markets for growth and a major contributor to growing the company's ITAD and Enterprise business, partnering with the Wisetek leadership team to drive all internal and external Marketing and Communication related activities.

The Manager of Marketing, Communications and Sustainability will both enable and support a growing business into a world-class market dominant leadership position. The essential duties and responsibilities for the role include:

• Develop and implement the Wisetek' marketing strategy for each of our key value pillars, building relationships both internally and externally and leading and developing marketing opportunities that support Wisetek' growth strategy
• Develop & articulate Wisetek' marketing/business plans for each of our core value pillars.
• Lead the development and implementation for global marketing campaigns and communications across a variety of channels and touchpoints
• Grow awareness and traffic to our website and social media platforms by providing users with regular, useful and engaging content that's aligned with their business decision-making needs and interests.
• Responsible for the development and communication of Wisetek' sustainability initiatives working with key internal stakeholders to plan the organizations sustainability program and communicate both internally and externally.
• Develop sales and marketing presentations and provide collateral content for our Sales and Customer facing representatives to sell and communicate Wisetek' service offerings and solutions effectively.
• Develop and implement the marketing and events strategy for Wisetek Globally, focused on building brand awareness, consideration, and relevance.
• Accountable for building media plans and reporting on marketing and event activities, identifying areas for continuous optimisation.
• Responsible for marketing and events budget management and tracking
• Lead agency partner relationships, ensuring that external partners have clear direction and goals to be successful.
• Management,coaching and mentoring of our marketing support team

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in Marketing, Communications or related role
• Bachelor's in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field is essential
• MSc in Marketing or related field is desirable
• Project and agency management experience
• Deep understanding of Tech Industry and B2B target audiences and tactics
• Ability to translate complex ideas into simple packaging
• Prior experience as a relationship manager, including building high performing teams, training new talent, developing, upskilling and retaining individual contributors
• Travel as required

The Marketing, Communication, & Sustainability Manager will work out of one of Wisetek-USA's four locations: Northborough, MA; Austin,TX; Wilmington, VA; or Sacramento, CA. periodic travel.
