Milwaukee area Telecommunications company serving South Eastern Wisconsin businesses with complete business communication solutions is seeking candidates with Telecom or Information Technology (IT) industry skillsets for Project Management of the installation, support, and service of Cloud VoIP Telephone Systems.
Predominate duties for this position include managing new and existing customer installations of Ring Central Cloud VoIP Telephone Systems. This includes collecting and verifying information from the customer regarding their existing telephone service, providing relevant information and documents to Ring Central, programming the new Ring Central phone system, coordinating with customer for installation date of new system, and providing basic training or technical support to end users during the installation of the new Ring Central phone system.
Candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and support to the operations team plus customer interaction throughout the project to ensure customer satisfaction.
Telecom field education, industry certifications and telecom system installation experience is preferred. Information Technology experience would also be considered. Experience with programing of phone systems like Mitel MiVoice Office 250, Ring Central, 3CX, Nortel, Inter-Tel, Mitel MiCloud Connect, or ShoreTel is a major plus but not necessary as Professional Communication Solutions can provide the relevant telecom training required to candidates with Project Management or Information Technology backgrounds.
A valid drivers license and daily attendance is required.
