Designs, develops, and distributes consistent themes, messaging, and branding throughout all communication touch points. Being a Marketing Communication Manager understands products, customers, and industry and develops focused communications in collaboration with organizational stakeholders across functions. Oversees efficient processes for the regulatory review and approval of communication materials. Additionally, Marketing Communication Manager explores and adopts new channels, methods, and platforms to optimize marketing communications. May oversee the planning and execution of trade shows and conferences to showcase products and amplify messaging. Develops the internal and external resources required for communication program delivery. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Marketing Communication Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Marketing Communication Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Concrete Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage concrete construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.     · Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of concrete construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control.

    · Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.

    · Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and schedules are maintained.

    · Procure materials, equipment, and services necessary for project execution, negotiating contracts and agreements as needed.

    · Monitor and track project progress, expenses, and performance against established benchmarks, and implement corrective actions as required to keep projects on track.

    · Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.

    · Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, permits, change orders, RFIs, and other relevant paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

    · Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and solicit feedback.

    · Lead and motivate project team members, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project success.

    · Resolve conflicts, disputes, and issues that arise during the construction process, fostering positive working relationships among all parties involved.

    · Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and value engineering initiatives to enhance project outcomes.

    · Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, codes, and standards governing construction activities.

    Requirements

      

    · Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field; or relevant experience

    · Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

    · Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices across various project types (e.g., residential, commercial, industrial).

    · Proficiency in project management software tools, scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project), and Microsoft Office Suite.
