Responsibilities:

• Craft and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet Allegra MPM's objectives, driving revenue and expanding market share.
• Scout and capitalize on new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with prospective clients to diversify our client base.
• Take charge of managing key accounts to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and loyalty, thereby reinforcing retention.
• Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of trends, analyze competitor movements, and understand evolving customer needs.
• Work closely with various teams within Allegra MPM to roll out creative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and amplify brand visibility.
• Develop and oversee sales forecasts, budgeting, and detailed reports, providing actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Keep abreast of industry changes and advancements to suggest and implement strategies that will keep Allegra MPM at the forefront of the market.
• Offer guidance, training, and mentorship to sales team members, enhancing their skills and driving performance to new heights.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, showcasing a solid educational foundation in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in sales and marketing management, with a proven track record of driving growth and meeting sales targets.
• A robust understanding of market dynamics, customer psychology, and the competitive landscape.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of engaging effectively with a range of stakeholders.
