We are striving to dominate our markets and we have an exciting position open for a marketing expert to help us. 

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team! This position will be responsible for developing, refining, and executing the marketing programs across all our brands. In addition, you will manage our company’s websites and marketing channels including email, social, PR and database tools. The ideal candidate will have experience with marketing campaign design and management and will possess the courage, curiosity, and patience to test, learn and improve our marketing efforts.

This is a full-time remote position that is expected to keep regular working hours. This position will regularly meet with our marketing team and agencies via Microsoft Teams to update on progress and move projects forward. Most of the team members are in Eastern and Central Standard time zones.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

• Lead or contribute to design of marketing growth programs
• Design and execute marketing campaigns leveraging email, social, PR, web, and influencers
• Lead creation of marketing content needed for campaigns
• Develop, create and present dashboards for marketing and campaign metrics
• Champion marketing campaigns through collaboration and communication with all departments
• Manage a marketing budget and incorporate learning and continuous improvement into their work
• Plan and execute plans to advance our websites and marketing technology stack
• Manage external relationships with agencies, contractors, media, and influencers

Qualifications/Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
• 5 years of experience in marketing
• Experience targeting plumbing contractors and/or consulting engineers. HVAC industry experience ideal
• In-depth experience using marketing automation, social media advertising, website software, SEO analysis, analytics software. Constant Contact, WordPress, Google Analytics ideal
