Responsibilities will focus around marketing the KB Home product to the target audience within budget. Working with the sales team, this position will be responsible for community specific marketing initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Event planning, management and sales team support
Accounts payable (processing invoices), Vendor Set-ups (for Marketing and Sales department)
Maintenance of marketing materials (price sheets, site maps, brochures), community websites (inc. blufish and interactive floor plans), docusign templates, digital screens in sales office
Assistance in the creation and maintenance of the marketing calendar, weekly traffic reports, and admin support for weekly KB Agency IO submissions
Assisting in opening and closing communities / model centers, manage maintenance of community signage, model and sales centers (cleaning, mowing, internet service, phones, etc)
Assisting in updating social media (Instagram) for Division
Weekly inventory updates for Sales and Realtors
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : Education :
Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing or communications required.
Experience :
Must have at least 1 year of administrative experience. Prior marketing experience (at least 2 years) preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Multi-task oriented. Strong organizational skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (at least intermediate level).
Ability to work weekend / evening events / functions as necessary. Sense of urgency and bias for action is essential. Ability to work well under pressure with high accuracy and consistently meet deadlines.
