PRIMARY PURPOSE

• Responsible for developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns with input from Senior Management consistent with strategic plans.
• Responsible for maintaining a consistent SRB brand.
• Responsible for meeting compliance requirements for all advertising, web site content and social media content with oversight by the Compliance Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct liaison with the Bank?s media outlets, and related vendors.
• Coordinates production of the Bank?s advertising, marketing and promotional materials.
• Coordinates the scheduling and purchase of media and marketing materials and assists in the planning of Bank events and functions all within established budgets. Tracks and reports all related expenses associated with the marketing function.
• Assists in the marketing and promotion of the Bank and its products and services with the goal of increasing brand awareness, wallet share, and market share. Includes coordination of promotional items to support sales strategies for the retail and loan functions.
• Monitor and report the marketing efforts of local and regional competitors to keep senior management apprised of competitors initiatives.
• Administer the Bank?s website, including content management, monthly review of each web page to ensure any and all changes/revisions were authorized.
• Responsible for creating/designing advertising graphics, writing copy and quality assurance for various channels and formats
• Responsible for maintaining an asset library of logos, graphics, stock photos, general bank photography
• Responsible for storing all ?published? documents or screen shots of digitally published materials such as Facebook ads and posts, LinkedIn posts, digital advertising, lobby monitor advertising, also printed ads, public relations announcements and all website changes for banking Compliance Audits that occur throughout the year. These documents and digital files are kept in folders labeled by month and year, and are supplied to compliance auditors in PDF format. All will be retained for 25 months from the date of publishing. These documents will consist of the requested changes as well as the approved copy or screenshot attached.
• Administer the Bank?s social media outlets, including content management, monitoring, relevance, and track/measure performance, using analytics
• Draft and place Bank press releases, as necessary.
• Maintain consistent branding (logo, colors, tagline) across all delivery channels including signage, marketing collateral, in-branch marketing, website, and social media.
• Inform Bank personnel of marketing campaigns and new advertisements before making them public.
• Work closely with the Bank?s compliance department to ensure that all marketing and advertising material is in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Draft the annual marketing plan and budget, with the oversight and direction of the CEO and CFO.
• Direct Bank liaison for community donations and sponsorships; monitor and track all contributions.
• Coordinate the purchase and distribution of in-house promotional items with Regional Branch Administrator and Branch Managers, including log0 clothing, (excluding bank logo employee clothing) and distribute Bank Christmas cards and holiday gifts for retail and loan clients.
• Complete internal Bankers Edge and KnowBe4 and other training courses in a timely manner as required.
• To devise, modify and monitor written procedures applicable to the position?s areas of responsibilities to ensure that they are accurate and up to date at all times.
• To fully comply with all Sugar River Bank policies and procedures and adhere to the bank?s service standards.
• To provide superior customer service to all internal ?customers?.
• To ensure that any major issues which arise are immediately reported to management.
• To properly address any and all issues as they become known and need attention.
