    Job Summary:

    The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in helping develop and implement marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness, drive sales, and engage our target audience. This position demands a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a keen understanding of the latest digital marketing trends, particularly those relevant to the cannabis accessories industry. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will also work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and sales objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
    • Coordinate with the D2C team to help optimize performance KPIs, including website traffic, conversion rate optimization (CVR), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
    • Assist in email marketing efforts, from conceptualization to execution, aiming to increase engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
    • Work with the marketing team to develop and manage content marketing strategies, including the creation of blog posts, articles, and video content to enhance brand visibility and authority.
    • Coordinate marketing efforts with the sales team to ensure campaigns are aligned with sales objectives and product launches.
    • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
    • Support in organizing promotional events, product launches, and participation in trade shows.
    • Collaborate with influencers and content creators to increase brand visibility and credibility.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to inform future strategies.
    • Stay updated on vaping industry trends, regulations, and competitive activities to ensure marketing strategies are relevant and compliant.
    • Ensure all marketing activities are cohesive and aligned with Vessel Brand's identity and messaging.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. A bachelor’s in marketing, advertising, or communications would be an asset but not required.
    • PMP certification is preferred but not required.
    • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the vaping industry or similar markets.
    • Proven understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media marketing, and content creation.
    • Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to produce compelling marketing material.
    • Creativity and innovation in generating new marketing ideas and strategies.
    • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management platforms).
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
    • Strong teamwork skills, with experience working collaboratively across different departments.
    • Knowledge of the vaping community and industry is highly advantageous.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
