Job Summary: Responsible for catering responsibilities and marketing for a Zaxby’s store. This position requires local travel for catering and marketing purposes. This is an hourly position.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Build sales through marketing and community involvement.

Manage EZ cater account and clients.

Coordinate drivers and deliveries for the day.

Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of Zaxby’s menu.

Ensure food is delivered and set up in a timely and accurate manner. Follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Know the needs of our customers and provide appropriate communication to ensure satisfaction.

Actively pursue relationship development with local schools, businesses, and civic organizations to drive incremental sales. Seeks out opportunities to promote the store.

Assist with duties in the in-store when not working on catering.

Become a Certified Manager through Zaxby’s University.

Manage promotional items for the store.

Provide education to the store’s team.

Update marketing materials when needed.

Respond to request by management for marketing support.

Prepare, coordinate, and participate in company sponsored events.

Execute any other duties that may be assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

Knowledge of the community and/ or the ability to cultivate relationships in the community.

Ability to work effectively with employees, customers, vendors, and others.

Strong project management skills.

Must demonstrate an Internal motivation and a drive to succeed.

Ability to prioritize, analyze situations and perform duties in a timely matter, even under stressful situations.

Strong verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Ability to sustain an elevated level of energy and enthusiasm for work.

Ability to travel locally to perform the duties of the job.

Willingness to work in a team environment toward the common goal.

Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and personal insurance.

Pay: $32,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
