We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our Syosset LI office.   This is an entry-level position that could lead to a rewarding marketing career. There is an opportunity to grow professionally and collaborate on exciting projects in the AEC industry.

Responsibilities

• Support our marketing team in the preparation of qualifications statements/proposals
• Interface with technical personnel and coordinate submissions with sub consultants
• Manage and update information in our marketing database
• Assist with social media content
• Marketing administration duties as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing or Communications required
• Experience in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
• 2-3 years worworking experience a big
• Strong writing skills
• Commitment to quality
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team player

- We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment.   The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this position is willing to pay for the advertised position.  Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.  

- Compensation: Minimum: $60,000 - Maximum: $70,000
