    Overview

    As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you are a critical Marketing Operations team member. With the guidance and support of the Marketing Ops Manager, you play a pivotal role in working closely with Brand Marketing and cross-functional team members, supporting a wide variety of exciting, business-critical needs. This multifaceted position requires versatility, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex tasks with attention to detail.

    Responsibilities

    Essential

    • Project Timeline Management: Create and maintain defined project timelines to ensure on-time task completion and proactively address any potential risks. Continuously follow up with team members on assigned tasks and provide precise updates to the manager.
    • Select Pack SKU and Communications Management: Oversee the management of Select Pack SKUs and associated communications.
    • New Product Launch Support: Collaborate with the category team and marketing operations in planning and executing new product launches, including event coordination, training, and marketing materials.
    • Customer Care/Marketing Liaison: Assist Call Center Operations with inquires. Help facilitate resolution to questions with SKUs, pricing, web content, promotions, etc. Support Product Information with questions and maintenance of product info database.  
    • Priority Task Management: Manage and prioritize workload based on immediate support of unexpected and urgent business needs.
    • Web Content and Product Sort Orders: Review and optimize web window positioning and product sort orders on our web platforms.
    • Event Support: Provide support for key events by fulfilling assigned requirements to ensure each event's success.
    • Product Attribute List Management: Oversee the organization and coordination of product attribute information master lists i.e. special dietary designations and certifications (kosher, gluten-free, other free-from lists, etc...)
    • Support Materials Management: Support the development of and verify the accuracy of support materials, including pricelists, out-of-stock reports, and various product publications.
    • Artwork Proof Review: Review artwork proofs and communicate necessary changes.
    • Additional Tasks: Execute additional tasks as needed and defined by Marketing Operations Management and Brand Management.
