As a TrueSense Account Coordinator you will move approved donor marketing projects from strategy stage all the way through to execution – coordinating the information, schedules and creative elements that all must come together. Your work is a large part project manager, part quality assurance, part marketer, part customer service and all detail-oriented.
You work within a Client Service team whose members share the same objectives of optimum fundraising for our clients – and who individually own different elements in the path to get there. Your coordination will involve campaigns in direct mail and digital channels primarily but could also include broadcast, print and phone as well.
