Greenlee Designer Surfaces is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager for their Tile and Stone Business. Knowledge and experience of the following is necessary for the success of the Company.
Quickbooks Enterprise Accounting Software knowledge and ability to perform the following:
-Accounts Receivable/Payable
-Weekly Payroll, Quarterly and Annual Payroll reports
-Process new hire, termination, and benefit administration tasks, ensuring compliance with Federal and State laws regarding same
-Monthly sales tax report processing. Must be familiar with construction sales tax reporting
-Bank Reconciliation, Journal entries
-Understand and maintain item and other lists as well as templates for accurate outcome of data
-Understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet information as well as other reports generated from Quickbooks
Google Drive and other Google applications
Microsoft Office -Excel and Word
Other duties include the following:
Working with and creating ads for Advertising and other advertising needs
Organizing Open House and other events throughout the year
Ordering office supplies
Problem solving lower level IT and phone issues
General filing
Any other duties as deemed necessary by the owner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
