Marketing Designer jobs in New London, CT

Quinn & Hary Marketing, a Regan Communications Group company, is seeking a part-time (25 hours per week) Marketing Coordinator to join its dynamic New London, Connecticut-based team working with a wide range of business, tourism/travel, nonprofit and municipal clients.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Attending key client meetings and recording minutes, as well as action items, to keep our team on track
• Creating presentations using Google Slides to showcase our work during virtual or in-person meetings
• Coordinating with Quinn & Hary team members, as well as Regan Digital Studio team members, to provide content and reporting to clients
• Scheduling virtual and in-person meetings using Zoom and Google Calendar
• Assisting in coordinating media packages for clients
• Researching potential new clients, key stakeholders, industry trends, etc.
• Preparing client coverage reports
• Posting client events to relevant online event calendars
• Providing backup support to the Office Manager as needed
• Other duties as assigned

You will report directly to our Office Manager and work closely with our President, as well as our entire team to ensure the success of our clients and our agency.

This position is a part-time, 25 hour per week position, with the possibility of additional hours on an as needed basis.

This position is located onsite at our office in New London, CT.

The position requires:

• Experience or education in marketing, communications, public relations or business administration
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members as well as independently
• Ability to work with a wide variety of clients
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Experience utilizing Google Workspace and Zoom preferred
• Reliable transportation
