Job Description:
Work with administrator to develop annual sales and marketing plans to establish referrals from key accounts and new accounts
Identifies and recommends development of new products/service offerings and current product/service enhancement.
Maintains up-to-date information on overall product trends and competitors including pricing, product information, bed availability and marketing strategies.
Maintains all avenues of referral contact including and not limited to computer referrals, phone contact, on sight tours, web site development, advertisement etc. as approved by the Administrator.
Responsible for the regular reporting of progress versus goals and barriers to admitting patients/residents to the Facility Administrator.
Responsible for maintaining and strengthening good relationships with hospital case managers, physicians, surgeons, all vendors, customers and support agencies.
Performs screening assessments, insurance verification and coordination of treatment plans with Administrator, Designated nursing supervisors, business office, therapy staff and dietary staff as necessary.
Maintain a flexible schedule inside and outside of the community that encourages census development.
Qualifications:
Must have preferably three (3) years in healthcare sales/marketing related field.
Must have at minimum a High School Degree and up to date in service requirements.
