  • Reporting to the Account Supervisor on Comcast’s National Partnerships team, the primary responsibility of this position is to support a variety of programming related to our client’s largest sports and entertainment sponsorships. The person in this position will develop and execute marketing programs, working directly with a team responsible for on-site/event activation, digital and social media campaigns, influencer and talent relationships, and partnership planning. In addition, this individual will collaborate significantly with various client teams across multiple functions to educate and engage on sponsorship guidelines and activation best practices established through the National Partnership Teams.

     

    You’ll thrive in this position if you take ownership of projects while often managing multiple at a time. You’ll also pride yourself on your teamwork mentality and effective communication with internal GMR teams and various client stakeholders.  

     

    This position can be remote, while special consideration will be given to qualified applicants in Milwaukee, WI, Philadelphia, PA, and Charlotte, NC.

    REQUIRED SKILLS

     

    • Partnership Marketing. You have experience managing athlete activation programs to meet internal and external client objectives.
    • Client-Facing. You can oversee sponsorship assets, deliverable timelines, and event planning across multiple properties and clients simultaneously. You are a strategic thinker, and you have experience educating clients and agency partners on their use of sponsorship assets to drive more value from partnerships.
    • Detail Oriented. You can oversee and have experience maintaining administrative documents for client reports and presentations, including meeting recaps, reporting, agendas, and timelines. You will organize sponsorship asset specs and write requests/briefs to engage the creative team and develop and manage timelines throughout the year to ensure consistent and timely communication and delivery. 
    • Collaboration. You are comfortable collaborating with multiple internal teams and external vendors to deliver unforgettable experiences. You will implement annual brand and product activation plans by collaborating with property partners across Motorsports and the Olympic/Paralympic landscape.
    • Self-Starter. You anticipate the needs of clients and internal partners and take ownership of addressing them. You also maintain a thorough working knowledge of the sports and entertainment industries.
    • Travel. Although we are a virtual-first team, you must be willing to travel for client meetings, onsite production, and event execution, which will be required, including weekends.

    The annual range for this role varies between $48,000- $60,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401k, employee stock purchase plan, vacation, personal days and paid holiday time. You are also eligible to participate in disability, life insurance, FSA/HSA plans subject to the terms and conditions of such benefit plans.
