This hybrid/flex role combines marketing prowess with executive support, ideal for someone who thrives in managing diverse responsibilities. You will play a crucial role in driving our social media strategy and content production, while also providing comprehensive support to our CEO and Strategic Director.Key Responsibilities:Social Media / Marketing Management:Develop and implement social media strategies for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.Plan, schedule, and oversee the production of engaging content, including posts, videos, and email campaigns.Monitor and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.Collaborate with the Strategic Director on marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with overall objectives.Executive Assistance:Manage and prioritize the CEO's email inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups on important communications.Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations, flights, and transportation, ensuring seamless plans for the CEO.Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and liaising with clients when necessary.Assist in project management and other ad-hoc tasks as required.QualificationsQualifications / Skills:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional design/editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Final Cut, Premiere Pro).Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience in content creation and social media management preferred.Video filming and editing skills are a plus.Education and Experience:Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.Proven experience in content marketing, sales, or a related role highly desirable.Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative support role advantageous.Additional InformationWork Environment:Hybrid work model combining remote work flexibility with occasional in-office collaboration for content creation, and other essential tasks.A balanced work environment that nurtures creativity and professional development.A pivotal role in a dynamic, forward-thinking company.What We Offer:Significant influence on our content marketing and sales strategies.Exposure to diverse digital marketing and sales techniques, with opportunities to develop skills in content production and sales optimization.A collaborative, supportive team culture.This full-time, paid position is perfectly suited for individuals looking to elevate their career in content marketing and executive support.Maverick Drone Systems is dedicated to revolutionizing industries through innovative drone technology.
