Summary: The
Marketing Associate position is a full-time administrative role that supports
the Marketing department in executing and monitoring communications with the
public and internally. This role will also work closely with Administration,
Quality, Operations, and Medical Staff Services. Principal Responsibilities: 1. Will participate and maintain a
culture within The Corvallis Clinic consistent with the content outlined in the
Service and Behavioral Standards document. To this end, employee will be
expected to read, have familiarity, and embrace the principles contained
within. 2. Develops effective external communications
related to changes/transitions within the organization and upcoming events using
the following methods including but not limited to: informative flyers, sandwich
board signs, patient handouts, phone hold messages, and signage. 3. Coordinates educational events (i.e.
Medicare 101’s, baby classes). 4. Performs provider departure tasks such
as departure letters and communication in the Monday Message. 5. Performs provider onboarding tasks
such as writing provider web bios and submitting an introduction to the Monday
Message. 6. Assists with internal communications such
as Monday Message content and annual calendars. 7. Arranges and collects information
regarding TCC’s history for archive and display. 8. Coordinates community engagement and
events, sponsorships. Education,
Licensure and Experience: 1. A bachelor’s
degree in communications, marketing, business administration or three (3) years
of experience in a related marketing or communication field required. 2.
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a communications role preferred. Knowledge
and Skills: 1. Must possess a solid understanding of
effective marketing techniques. 2. Must have excellent writing and
editing skills. 3. Must be able to communicate clearly
and effectively. 4. Must have strong time-management and
organizational skills. Technology Requirements: You should have fast and reliable internet, i.e., internet
speed equal to or greater than 300 Mbps for download and 30 Mbps upload; please
note that satellite internet service is not sufficient for this role. Work
Environment: This
position will require you to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am through 5:00pm.
Occasional night and weekend hours required as needed to support Marketing
efforts and events. This
position is primarily on-site with the potential to work in a hybrid
arrangement as conducive to work delegations. Should remote work be allowed,
successful performance will require a designated space at home conducive to a
productive work environment, quiet and without distraction, confidentiality is
secure. o

home office set up that will allow you to speak privately and maintain
