Position Summary:
The
Graphic Designer is responsible for creating original artwork and design for visual solutions that are aligned with the company's brand strategy, such projects include but are not limited to digital publications, social media posts, print, catalog, video, advertising, and all other related collateral and elevate client proposals.
Responsibilities of our Graphic Designer:
- Design and execute collateral in print, social media, and video for organizational collateral and sales initiatives.
- Translate high-end marketing concepts into tangible deliverables, contributing toward branding strategies and campaigns.
- Present creative ideas and trending concepts for ads, brochures, signage, banners, emails, flyers, postcards, social media graphics, and other artwork.
- Coordinate with outside vendors on outsourced projects ensuring the brand standard is maintained.
- Provide creative graphic design and technical production support for internal departments.
- Collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders on projects to ensure goal achievement.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months-2 years’ experience with graphic design or similar/relevant experience.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign)
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related discipline
- Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects at a time.
- Ability to develop (or assist) with robust marketing campaign design systems and style guides.
- Must be able to collaborate and receive constructive feedback.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage many projects at once and meet tight deadlines
