Robert Half (TCG) has a great opportunity for a Marketing Manager looking to support the development and implementation of marketing strategies at a company in the Consumer Products industry. The ideal applicant is ready to develop a game plan for several marketing ideas that will help the company's goal completion. This permanent opportunity is based in Mahwah, New Jersey.

Your responsibilities

• Develop promotional marketing materials and coordinate compatibility of marketing programs with public relations activities
• Develop and lead product marketing and promotional communications strategy
• Assist in the preparation of long-term and short-term marketing plans and strategies, pricing policies and budgets
• Launch new products and develop end-to-end Go-To-Market strategies, working with internal and/or external teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Analyze channel performance data to measure and understand customer behavior, develop KPI's and insights, and apply those insights to the marketing strategy.
• Put the consumer first when developing Go-To-Market plans and articulate the voice of the consumer through creative briefs and direction for retail-ready packaging development, working with design, copy, photography, and culinary teams.
• Oversee and improve chefiq.com, taking ownership of the website as we revamp it.
• Assume control over product listings on online platforms, working closely with the ecommerce team to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the business development team to establish valuable partnerships that align with the company's goals and values.
• Develop and implement effective advertising strategies that promote the product to the target audience, working with the advertising team.
• Work with the development and UI team for app execution.
• Manage ongoing campaigns and reporting, including marketing copy creation.
