As a Field Marketing Representative for Justice Cannabis Co. you will represent our brands across Illinois for the purposes of brand awareness and the sampling of non-medicated products.
You will love this role if you are enthusiastic about the benefits of medical and recreational cannabis. Attributes of the FMR are a highly social people person who is adaptable and flexible. Your schedule will be ever-changing, however, primary hours will be Thursday-Sunday across the South Central Illinois area.
Mileage will be provided for locations more than 25 miles away from our Edgewood office, and travel may be up to 200 miles.
In this role, you will largely be in charge of encouraging growth and brand awareness through product education.
FMRs will report to the Marketing Manager.

As Justice's Field Marketing Representative - Edgewood , IL, you will represent all Justice product lines across the entire portfolio
Conduct in-store demos, as assigned by the sales and marketing team.
Communicate facts regarding accurate dosing, nutrition, and key functions and benefits of cannabis
Provide samples and gift branded swag to interested patients
Supervise all activity and consumer insights/feedback through digital recaps (taking photos and video on site at events)
Be the eyes and ears of Justice from the field, reporting observations regarding retail accounts as well as competitor activity
Communicate success stories, key findings, and other activities to your manager
Marketing Events:
Support Trade Marketing events (inside & outside of retail environment) relevant to the brand and to the region (i. e. local festivals)
Participate in the execution of sampling initiatives, reaching patients where they live and play
Building & Maintaining Relationships:
Build harmonious relationships with our retail partners and their staff to cultivate a strong affinity for the Justice brand!
Budtender/Staff Trainings: Conduct retail staff training (within accounts) on the Justice brand portfolio.
What we're looking for:
2 years of experience in events, promotions, media or consumer products marketing
Minimum of 2 years work experience in a customer service setting
Be 21 years of age
MUST have reliable transportation and be able to work evenings and weekends!
Approx. 20-24 hours per week
This is a remote role, but FMR may need to come to the office up to one day per week for sample pick-up and meetings.
