Now operating under experienced 3rd generation family leadership, is ready to write its next chapter as a distributor, manufacturer, wholesaler, and, marketer of diverse and innovative products in the sewing, home floor care, and, commercial cleaning marketplace.
The eCommerce Specialist assists with developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers to the brand websites, strengthen online presence and promote online products or services. This individual analyzes online statistics and identifies areas to optimize online marketing performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the setup, presentation, & optimization of our products on marketplaces and digital marketing channels to drive explosive growth
Conduct regular performance analysis and make recommendations to maximize conversion, sales, and representation of our brand.
Manage product uploads, site organization, and homepage collections on website platform
Work with the product team to manage sku information
Manage content and all assets needed for new and current sku rollouts and maintenance on internal sites
Work with logistics team to receive product arrival information
Partner with outside resources as needed to ensure customized products are shipped on time
Acknowledge and resolve any consumer/partner issues & complaints that may arise via phone, email or web
Assist in processing consumer orders
Maintain retailer locations on internal sites
Respond to ratings/reviews and Q&A on sites
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years in E-commerce B2B and/or B2C
Experience with selling D2C through company brand websites
Experience with Magento or Laravel is a plus
Proficient creating reports, pivot tables and VLOOKUP in Excel
Understanding of SEO principles and the application on different platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of how to analyze and report data using Google Analytics
Strong problem solving and customer service skills
Self-driven mindset plus strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities
