We are seeking a versatile Marketing Specialist in our Gardiner, ME location to directly support the Marketing Director in a wide range of administrative, primary, and strategic marketing duties across our entire geographic footprint from Maine to Florida. The Marketing Specialist provides vital support focused on evolving the corporate brand, maximizing Employee Ownership, and advancing our culture and mission to deliver the best services to customers with a "Making it Happen" approach. About You
You are an experienced and proactive Marketing professional with 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry or professional services environment. You may hold a MS or BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications, and you possess strong skills in writing, strategic planning, and market & situational analysis. In addition to being highly organized, you are also adept at problem solving, prioritizing tasks, time management, and effective communication and collaboration with all levels of team members. You are equally comfortable contributing at both ends of the spectrum – on a strategic level as well as tactical task-oriented level to help ensure organizational success!
