We are looking for a motivated, dependable person to work FT as a Marketing Specialist for a local infertility office who will be responsible for all social media, marketing, video, and promotional materials. Are you the kind of individual that is personable and engaging, a master at building relationships and rapport? Are you tech and data savvy? Are you able to maximize outreach efforts? If you are enthusiastic and a social media extraordinaire, then this may be the position for you.

The ideal person will have experience or be very familiar with the OB/GYN doctors here in Hawaii and/or with the infertility process and procedures in general. This position includes building upon established networks, referrals, and rapport with referring (MD) providers in the community, which includes the neighbor islands. It also includes attendance at community events, as well as assistance with our website, graphic design, and a heavy emphasis on social media outlets (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok). g our Marketing & Business Manager.

Necessary Job Requirements:

- experience in sales, marketing, and/or graphic design

- experience in a medical office or healthcare profession preferred, infertility experience a plus

- a bachelor's degree is highly regarded

- excellent communication skills (oral, written, and verbal) and command of the English language, highly organized, a self-starter, friendly and outgoing, and willingness to learn are all desired characteristics
