Product Specialists at Flypaper work hard to ensure websites go live as scheduled. PS’s (product specialists) work with our Account Managers (campaign specialists or CS’s) to take a client’s vision and turn it into a functioning website. After initial Flypaper training to ensure the PS is familiar with our platforms, the PS will be tasked with creating and editing sites with the intent that 1 website be completed each week. From designing graphics to conducting keyword research for SEO, the PS will have a wide range of responsibilities through the site build and will take the lead on each site they create. They will work with internal and external teams to make sure that a client likes their site but more importantly, the site be built with industry standards and best practices in mind. In some markets, the PS will be responsible for making social media posts/ads.
Product Specialist Responsibilities
· Complete websites as assigned
· Create graphics for websites as needed
· Create logos for clients as needed
· Conduct Keyword Research and create (or submit for) content for sites
· Make monthly edits to sites within 48 hours of a client requesting changes (as long as it’s not on a weekend or the edits aren’t major site changes)
· May involve in client meetings from time to time
· Other Duties as Assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
· HTML, CSS knowledge valued but not required
· Knowledge of domain-based email set up valued but not required
· Knowledge of domain/hosting transfers valued by not required
· The incumbent/candidate must have a detailed work ethic, be highly motivated, well organized, and be able to communicate effectively with a widely diverse group of individual customers by phone and in person.
· Must have intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and PowerPoint.
Minimum Education Qualifications
Four-year degree in Marketing, Advertising, a related field or have special experience and qualifications.
