Responsibilities

• Engage with event attendees to create a personalized and interactive experience around our products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on activities to showcase product functionality and uniqueness.
• Maintains products on display so they are presentable and appealing to the public.
• Be a product expert and own product knowledge dissemination in the organization.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand values and maintaining a positive and professional image at all times.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all live event activations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to the team.
• Gather valuable insights and feedback from live events to contribute to product improvement and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product specialist or similar roles within the experiential marketing space.
• Basic Computer Skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• felixible to work weekday mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Valid Driver license/Good driving record (preferably but not required)

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand/walk 100% of shift.
• Frequently required to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in fluctuating temperatures.
• Ability to work under adverse situations and conditions (e.g., dirty, noisy, etc.).
• Flexible schedule including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Pay Range: $25- $39 DOE and Campaign
