About the Position

Are you a creative do-er who wants to help solve a very big, trashy problem? Stasher – the simple, reusable alternative to plastic bags - is seeking a Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Brand Communications and help grow our sales and awareness of the brand via retail programs, brand partnerships, and lots in between.

The ideal candidate will have experience in brand, digital and retail marketing, is a self-starter, highly organized and able to adapt and pivot in a quickly moving industry.

• Minimum of 3 years in Brand Marketing
• CPG and retail experience strongly preferred.
• Superior project management skills
• Passionate about Stasher’s mission and values.
• Team player with a “yes and” attitude.
• Exceptional communication, written and verbal skills
• Microsoft Office proficient, Outlook, Excel
• Organized and detail-oriented and able to multi-task
• Must enjoy a fast-paced environment with many demands
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required

Key Responsibilities

• Project Mgmt: Be a task-manager ninja and own Asana process and see projects through completion.
• Own relationships with nonprofit partners: acting as main point of contact and lead planning and implementation of partnership campaigns.
• Brand Marketing: Build yearly omnichannel marketing calendar, support campaign execution and internal requests
• Retail Marketing:Drive in-store velocity by executing promotional programs and seasonal campaigns.Support Sales team with marketing requests. Act as conduit between retail and marketing, as well as other cross- functional partners
• Events: Plan and organize tradeshows, oversee execution of booth, collateral, and customer events
• Partnerships: Execute key partnerships and integrate these partnerships into overall marketing calendar and cadence and implement broader marketing and sales tactics that support partnership

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $70K to $80K.
