    As a Boochcraft Field Marketing Specialist, you will ensure that Boochcraft maintains a strong brand presence in your market. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to implement product samplings, promotions, and training to both accounts and consumers. You will act as an expert on all thing Boochcraft, developing a deep understanding on the target consumer, lifestyle, brand positioning and differentiators to identify opportunities to meet goals. You will drive visibility and loyalty among gatekeepers, bartenders and consumers to create trial and adoption opportunities within the San Francisco / North Bay area.
     
    What You Will Do   
    • Represents Boochcraft by acting as a brand resource and advocate. 
    • Maintains awareness of best practices, trends, and brand standards. 
    • Implements the brand and trade marketing strategy in the market for Boochcraft 
    • Organize and execute sampling events at Boochcraft accounts 
    • Execute consumer events as assigned by the manager 
    • Delivers engaging brand and category educational presentations for trade, accounts and consumers. 
    • Ensures POS and promotional collateral is up-to-date and visible in accounts 
    • Ensures brand standards across products and POS are in place, making adjustments in real-time when needed. 
    • Gathers real-time photo and video content to be shared with the brand's social media team.   
    • Creates and maintains relationships with key market stakeholders; local trade community, influencers and local partners and continuously promotes Boochcraft. Acts as a valued partner and resource to accounts. 
    • Develops, implements, and engages in on-premise (bar/restaurant) activations.  
    • Provides support, activation and memorable experiences for consumers. 
    • Advocates for Boochcraft, including hosting events, and leveraging social media and other tools to promote Boochcraft sales within his/her community and designated territory. 
    • Partners closely with sales to help identify key accounts for activation and promotional opportunities. 
    • Participates in debriefs with the Marketing team to effectively decipher strengths and opportunities for events, POS and activations.  
    • Completes monthly quantitative and qualitative reports as needed, including competitive brand observations. 
    • Adheres to T&E and activation budgets. 

    What You Will Need 
    • College/Some College plus 2 years of Beverage, Brand Sales, Hospitality, Culinary, Bartender/mixology, Supplier/Wholesaler, Agency Ambassador, or Tasting Room experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school Diploma plus 3 years of Beverage, Brand Sales, Hospitality, Culinary, Bartender/mixology, Supplier/Wholesaler, Agency Ambassador, or Tasting Room experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. 
    • Creative thinker is enthusiastic to bring new and different activation ideas to life. 
    • Experience with owned social media and networks. 
    • Event and/or activation experience  
    • RBS certification or equivalent certification or in the process of obtaining within 6 months of employment. 
    • Candidates for this position must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.  
    • Live within or close proximity to territory – San Francisco/North Bay
    • Required to be 21 years of age or older. 

    Physical Requirements: 
    • Candidate must be able to perform physical activities which include but are not limited to lifting, bending over, kneeling, twisting, stooping, crouching, and occasionally lifting to 50 lbs (kegs and cases of booch are heavy, you know?).
    • Candidates may be required to stand/sit for various hours at a time, including prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

    Travel to and from location is required for this role.

    This position pays between $22.00 hr. to $25.00 hr.
