In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the electrical components of residential solar and battery storage installations across Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities

• Daily reporting to our Burlington office to coordinate activities.
• Installation of electrical equipment and wiring for high-quality solar and storage systems.
• Assisting with the installation and wiring of solar arrays on rooftops.
• Utilizing hand tools and power tools to install or replace wiring equipment and fixtures.
• Conducting tests on electrical systems to ensure compatibility and safety in compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• Delivering exceptional customer service during all interactions.
  
  

Required Skills

• Physical capability to climb ladders, bend conduit, and lift materials up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with electrical cable installation/stringing or relevant work as a journeyman/journeywoman or electrical technician.
• Strong communication skills to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Familiarity with OSHA-10 safety protocols.
  
  

Qualifications

• A valid Massachusetts (MA) or New Hampshire (NH) Journeyman/Journeywoman Electrician license is essential.
• A valid MA Driver’s License and a clean Motor Vehicle Report (no DUIs in the last 7 years).
