Responsibilities:

Email Campaign Management: Lead the development, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, subscriptions, product sales, and retention.

HTML Editing and Template Building: Design and code HTML email templates, ensuring optimal rendering across various email clients and devices.

Email Design: Develop visually appealing and compelling email designs that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.

Email Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule email deployments for optimal timing and audience targeting.

Database Management: Maintain and segment email databases to ensure accurate targeting and personalized messaging.

Performance Tracking and Analytics: Deploy custom tracking on all links to the Boom Learning app. Use utm tracking for all links going to other company properties. Monitor email performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and analyze data to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Copywriting: Craft persuasive and engaging copy for email campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive desired actions.

Lead Role in Email Marketing: Act as the primary point of contact for email marketing initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop content. Organize content calendar with ample time for internal reviews.
Requirements:

Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience leading email marketing efforts, with a track record of successfully designing and managing email campaigns.

Familiarity with HTML: Basic proficiency in HTML editing and experience building responsive email templates.

Design Skills: Ability to create visually appealing email designs using design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Database Management: Experience managing email databases, cleaning lists, and implementing segmentation strategies.

Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing campaign performance metrics and leveraging data insights to drive optimization. Experience with Google Analytics 4.

Copywriting Experience: Strong copywriting skills and ability to provide writing samples.

Preferred Experience: Experience with Active Campaign, Maool, Litmus, or other email marketing and design platforms.

Education Background: Preference given to candidates with experience as a public school teacher or special education teacher.

Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.

Salary:
$25.00-$33.00 an hour, depending on experience and location
