About The Role
We are in search of a Marketing Programs Manager to spearhead our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and webinar strategy. This pivotal role will involve the design and execution of targeted ABM campaigns alongside impactful webinars that captivate prospects and stimulate lead generation. Your contributions will be essential in establishing our position as an industry thought leader and in fulfilling both marketing and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted ABM programs, continually optimizing strategies to enhance lead generation and overall performance.
- Plan, execute, and promote webinars that align with our marketing and sales objectives, fostering audience engagement and lead nurturing.
- Manage data and communication efforts across ABM and webinar programs, ensuring seamless operations and participant engagement.
- Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to craft compelling webinar content that aligns with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with other marketing teams to guarantee alignment with overarching marketing initiatives.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading ABM and webinar strategies, preferably within a B2B technology context.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools, with experience in Pardot and Salesforce being advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
